Andrew has over 20 years experience providing energy saving solutions to commercial and institutional clients.

He has a B.Sc. (M.E.) degree and Certified Measurement and Verification Professional (CMVP) designation from the Association of Energy Engineers. He is licensed in Ontario and Manitoba.

Andrew has extensive experience in design, administration and implementation of large scale ground and water source heat pump systems as well as feasibility studies, desktop reviews, project management and contract administration of energy conservation and efficiency projects.

Alex has completed a diploma in Civil Engineering Technology as well as a degree in Bachelor of Civil Engineering. He is currently a structural engineer in training.

Alex has worked in the field assisting in contract administration and in quality control of residential developments and road projects. He has also been involved in structural assessments of buildings as well as the design of foundations, wood, steel and concrete structures.

Zac graduated with a diploma in Mechanical Engineering Technology in 2017 and immediately began working in engineering consulting with LBE. He worked on hundreds of engineering projects in the commercial and heavy industrial sectors before returning to school in 2019. Zac graduated with his B.Eng. (M.E.) in 2021. 

Zac has experience working in all aspects of mechanical engineering across Northwestern Ontario. This experience includes project management, building systems, machine design, industrial pumping and piping, industrial equipment installation, and contract administration.

Daniel graduated from Carleton University with a degree in Biomedical and Mechanical Engineering (B.Eng) in 2019 and continued his previous work in the construction industry, where he performed general construction and implemented various mechanical and electrical systems.

Daniel joined LBE Group in 2021 and began designing and consulting on projects in the fields of mechanical and electrical engineering. He is always looking to grow his knowledge of engineering and looks forward to new and exciting opportunities with LBE.

Kevin graduated from Carleton University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.Eng) in 2022.

Jonah graduated Lakehead University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering in 2020 and has been working as an Engineer in Training for the past 4 years in multiple disciplines within the civil engineering industry including, municipal, geotechnical, and structural engineering.

He has gained valuable experience providing engineering services for large-scale mining and solar farm projects, as well as various residential and commercial development projects.

Riyan graduated from Lakehead University with a diploma in Civil Engineering Technology in 2018 and Bachelor of Civil Engineering in 2020. He originally started his career in Thunder Bay working as a Geotechnical Engineer in Training as well as in the Contract administration field on large mine and MTO projects.

Riyan Joined LBE Group in 2023 as a Structural Engineer in Training where he began designing and consulting on a variety of structural projects. He is excited and driven to expand his knowledge in the structural engineering field and to implement what he has learned into new projects for LBE Group.

As a new member to the LBE team, Lacey brings with her over 5 years of professional experience from an account manager perspective. Her training, organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure have allowed for an easy transition into the new role as office manager.

In addition to maintaining the office efficiency, Lacey provides support to all staff as requested or required.  Her effective leadership skills and approachable demeanor supports the performance of the office staff.

Dave has a B.Sc. (E.E.) degree and has been working as an Engineer for over 36 years in the power distribution, system performance and system protection fields.

He has gained valuable experience providing technical support to hundreds of utilities across the country. He has authored more than a dozen technical papers on power system protection and holds several patents on system protection technology.
